We had the best weekend, last weekend. It was one of those weekends where we didn't have any hard and fast plans, but we packed it full of fun activities. On Saturday, we decided at the last minute to go to the
Children's Museum. I was fully-expecting that to be a devastatingly bad decision since it was a Saturday and the weather was gorgeous. Crazy thing is that it was empty. We about had the place all to ourselves. It was grand. We spent the majority of our time there playing outside at the "Flow Works" exhibit. Jack is such a nut for the water that he was in almost-toddler Heaven.

After the museum, we came home for lunch and naptime. Then, we were off again to the
Downtown Aquarium for an early dinner and some fun. We enjoyed the train ride a lot.

We finished up our day with a nice dinner at the Aquarium restaurant, surrounded by interesting fish and other people's children who were way-less well-behaved than mine. What a great time.

LOVE the downtown aquarium. We have only been once and it was eons ago...sounds like something we may need to do this summer on a Houtson visit!
